How do I pay my IP fees in WIPO Pay with PayPal?

Step 1
File your application
File your application for PCT, eHague, eLisbon, Domain Name cases and UPOV Online Services,

enter WIPO Pay, and

select PayPal as your payment method.
Step 2

Pay using your PayPal account

Enter your PayPal credentials in an encrypted & secured environment.
Step 3

Receive an immediate email confirmation and a receipt from WIPO

If the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation and a receipt by email within 2 working days.

The payment confirmation will include your Basket ID reference that you can use for any enquiry for WIPO Pay.
Step 4

Get a payment confirmation from PayPal

If you don’t receive the notification email, please contact PayPal.
