WIPO Publish Launches at Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property

WIPO Publish was launched by the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI) on October 4, 2015, during its annual innovation exhibition. The successful launch is one of the major outcomes of WIPO’s mission to the office, which took place in September 2015.

The service is available online and built into INAPI’s website. It provides open online access to registered trademarks and granted patents in Algeria. The INAPI website links to the service via its home page. 

Additional upgrades to WIPO Publish will be rolled out in the near future and are coordinated by WIPO’s development team. These new developments include:

• a bi-lingual interface;
• fine tuning of the interface;
• better localization;
• improved retrieval of information.

INAPI is the first intellectual property office to make WIPO Publish available online.
