Hague System – Changes in Individual Designation Fees: Canada

From January 1, 2021, there will be reductions in the individual designation fees applicable in relation to Canada. New fees are as follows:
- 288 Swiss francs per design when designating Canada in an international application;
- 252 Swiss francs per design for the first renewal of an international registration in which Canada is designated.
Note – there continue to be no charges for designs included in subsequent renewals of international registrations when designating Canada.
