Maximum Duration of Protection of an International Registration: Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan has formally confirmed that, under the Hague System, the maximum duration of protection of an international registration in Turkmenistan is 15 years. This 15 year limit applies to all international registrations designating Turkmenistan, including those filed before December 15, 2020.
