Lisbon Union Assembly Approves Establishment of a Working Group for the Preparation of Common Regulations

At its meeting on October 20, 2015, the Assembly of the Lisbon Union:

• took note of the Outcome of the Diplomatic Conference for the Adoption of a New Act of the Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Appellations of Origin and Their International Registration,
• approved the establishment of a Working Group for the Preparation of Common Regulations under the Lisbon Agreement and the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement, and
• discussed financial issues related to the Lisbon Union.
