All current and prospective users of the Madrid System—including IP Offices, trademark owners and their representatives, and the general public—can use Contact Madrid to send written enquiries in English, French and Spanish.
When you receive a response to a question submitted through Contact Madrid, it will include a Ticket number. You can reply directly to keep the conversation going – simply include the Ticket number in the subject line of your reply to help us direct your message to the right person.
