| This webinar will introduce camcording, the unauthorized recording of cinematographic works, and explain its relationship with film piracy. It will provide an overview of the applicable legal framework and identify the evolving practice of camcording and the different efforts made to detect this activity. Good practices and challenges in combating camcording will also be addressed. This webinar is organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) of the Republic of Korea. |
