| The objectives in line with Expected Result (ER-4.3) are to: - discuss the scope and impact of counterfeiting and piracy in the region; - build the capacity of participants to deal with IP infringements in accordance with Part III of the TRIPS Agreement, bearing in mind the flexibilities provided thereunder; - discuss topical issues relating to IP enforcement and building respect for IP, including infringement of IPRs in the digital environment and strategies to tackle these infringements. | |
