Armen Azizyan

Head

Intellectual Property Agency, Armenia 

Armen Azizyan is Head of Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Armenia since 2002. Before that he was Head of Copyright Agency under the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Before joining the IP field in 2000, he was Head of Department for Standardisation, Metrology and Certification under the Government of the Republic of Armenia; Deputy Head, Staff of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, etc.

He is a distinguished alumnus of Yerevan State Engineering University, holding a Master’s degree in Engineering and Economy.

Armen Azizyan is the Chairman of the CIS Inter-State Counsel for the Protection of Industrial Property.
