Rob Willows is Vice President, Patent Offices and Government Accounts within The Intellectual Property Solutions Business of Thomson Reuters. 

Rob has been with Thomson Reuters for over 40 years, and during that time has held a number of Senior Management and Executive positions in Operations, Business Development and New Product Development.

Rob’s current responsibilities include the management of all business relationships with Patent and Trademark Offices worldwide, with a special focus on delivering customized patent information solutions that enhance the processes of prior art search and examination within these offices. Rob has been responsible for successful in-house loads of Thomson Reuters IP data, including the World Patents Index database, at EPO, USPTO, JPO and the Chinese Patent Office.
