Gloria Cristina Rocha Braga is the Chief Executive Officer of ECAD – Central Office for Collection and Distribution. Graduated in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ, and has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from PUC-RJ. Professor of Copyright in postgraduate courses on Intellectual Property.
Gloria Braga is also counselor of the State Council of Advocacy of Intellectual Property of RJ-CODEPIN and a member of the Commission on Intellectual Property of OAB/RJ, the Brazilian Bar Association. Gloria Braga was counselor to the former National Copyright Council - CNDA, of the Ministry of Culture, and was lawyer for both the Musicians’ Union of Rio de Janeiro and AMAR – the Association of Musicians, Arrangers and Conductors.
