Manuel Guerra Zamarro graduated from Anahuac University and completed his Phd in law at the Complutense University of Madrid in agreement with Anahuac University; was president of the international legal society "phi delta phi”, director of public registration of copyright, coordinator of the copyright committee of the Intellectual Property Mexican Bar Association (BMA), Member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of the Intellectual Property (AMPPI), and co-founder of the Mexican Copyright Academy (AMDA); law professor of "copyright and industrial property" undergraduate and MBA from Anahuac University and law professor of "copyright" graduate of the Iber American University; speaker, author of various publications, intellectual property specialist, currently he is the director General of the National Institute of Copyright (INDAUTOR).
