The general methodology, valid in the majority of technical fields, is illustrated. Furthermore, some special fields are identified where search is done without classification, and where classification schemes have recently been simplified. Statistics on patent documentation and EPO Search Reports citations are presented. Some conclusions are drawn in relation to future developments in the IPC. Document complet  1137 KB |
