| English | Quality of Classification Mr. Lutz Mailänder, Senior Patent Classification Officer, International Patent Classification (IPC) Section, WIPO The presentation tries to explore the vast field of quality related issues of the classification of patent documents and the associated data in different patent information databases. In providing several snapshots of placements of documents in the IPC it tries to identify the different aspects and dimensions of quality issues and their causes.
