WIPO IP Portal: special services and functionalities for IP Offices

The WIPO IP Portal provides easy access to our full range of online intellectual property (IP) services, including those specifically catering to IP Offices such as ePCT, Madrid Office Portal, Digital Access Service (DAS), Centralized Access to Search and Examination (CASE), etc.

You can easily locate all these services and more through the MENU. For easy reference, they are grouped by IP category (Patents, Trademarks, Designs) under the “IP Offices” sub-topic. You can login with your WIPO Account to bookmark your favorite IP services .

Our goal is to make your collaboration with WIPO as seamless and efficient as possible. Logged in users can also benefit from special services and functionalities, such as the customizable dashboard of widgets or the personal messages inbox.

Customizable dashboard of widgets

As an authenticated user, you can customize your dashboard using more than twenty widgets, providing you with direct access to key, service-specific functions. These help you to, for example, perform quick searches in WIPO’s global databases.

IP Office users can also benefit from the dedicated “Distribution Reports” widget, providing Madrid and Hague System fee-related information. We will be adding more widgets for IP Office users soon.

Additional generic widgets are also available providing access to world clocks, latest WIPO news, quick links, your favorite WIPO online services and a notepad.

Personalized notifications via Messages Inbox

The WIPO IP Portal includes a centralized messaging system for WIPO IP Services, accessible through the bell icon in the common navigation bar. Currently, notifications for ePCT, DAS, CASE and Finance (such as notifications on the availability of Fee Distribution Reports) are available, with more coming soon.
