China: The Decision of the State Council on Amending the Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated by the State Council on January 9, 2010 and entered into force on February 1, 2010.

It amends the Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, 2002, revising the provisions concerning patents and genetic resources.
