China: The Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights was promulgated by the State Council on March 24, 2010 and entered into force on April 1, 2010.

It amends the Regulations on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, 2003, revising the provisions concerning Intellectual Property infringement.
