China: The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, was adopted at the 13th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress on February 26, 2010 and entered into force on April 1, 2010.

It amends the Copyright Law, 2001, supplementing provisions concerning public interest and copyright pledge.
