Uganda: Industrial Property (Fees) Regulations, 2017

Uganda: The Industrial Property (Fees) Regulations, 2017 was issued by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs on April 28, 2017, pursuant to section 103 of the Industrial Property Act, 2014, and entered into force on June 2, 2017.

The Regulations provide for the Schedule of Fees of industrial property rights including patents, industrial designs and utility models. They specify fees and charges due for services rendered by the Registrar of Industrial Property with respect to the IP matters to which they relate under the Industrial Property Act, 2014, and its Regulations.
