Singapore: The Trade Marks (Border Enforcement Measures) (Amendment) Rules 2018 were issued on September 10, 2018, and entered into force on October 10, 2018.

These rules amend the Trade Marks (Border Enforcement Measures) Rules in order, inter alia, to elaborate border procedures for proprietors/licensees of a registered trademark to request the Director-General of the Singapore Customs to seize goods infringing trademarks.
