Filing of international applications was not possible 19 August 2024 from 02:00 to 11:14 CEST either through ePCT-Filing or through the ePCT Business Continuity Services. This affected filing of applications to the receiving Office of the International Bureau and to other receiving Offices accepting filings directly from ePCT.
Users who were unable to file should now be able to submit their draft applications successfully.
Users for whom the priority period has subsequently expired are invited to contact pct.eservices@wipo.int to discuss possible remedies.
