The Program and Budget Committee (PBC), is a Committee constituted by the WIPO General Assembly to deal with program, budget, premises, and finance. The PBC holds annual sessions in off-budget years and bi-annual sessions in budget years.
The PBC considers matters relating to the biennial Program of Work and Budget, WIPO Performance Report, Financial Statements, reports of the External Auditor and other related topics at its sessions. Recommendations of the PBC are submitted to the General Assembly and other bodies of the Member States of WIPO and of the Unions Administered by WIPO.
