This online registration form is strictly intended for delegates of WIPO Member States and representatives of accredited organizations who have received an official invitation to attend the above-mentioned meeting. The form is aimed at facilitating the registration process.

The information provided on the form will be used only for registration purposes and for the preparation of official lists of participants. Member States representatives will need to be provided with credentials, and, for signing the Design Law Treaty (DLT), with full powers. The said full powers should be signed by the Head of State, the Head of Government or the Minister for Foreign Affairs.

IGOs and NGOs representatives will need to be provided with letters of appointment. The said letters of appointment should be signed by the Executive Head of the Organization they represent.

Before filling out this form, delegates or representatives shall ensure that they have the official authorization of their relevant government or organization, which shall be attached to the present online registration form.

Representatives of organizations that are not accredited Permanent Observers or recognized ad hoc observers to the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications (SCT) should not use this form.
