Entry visa
Most nationalities do not require an entry visa for Georgia. Foreign participants requiring a visa should contact the Embassy or the Consulate of Georgia in their respective countries.
Please allow sufficient time for visa procedures, as in some cases, the entire procedure may take some time

Working languages
The working languages will be English, French and Georgian with simultaneous interpretation.
On-site registration
On-site registration will take place on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 11.00 to 14.00 at the Registration counter, located next to the Conference room, at the entrance of the Conference Center of the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace.
Climate, local time
The local time for Tbilisi is GMT+4.
June in Tbilisi is generally characterized by long sunny days with temperatures between 15 and 28 degrees Celsius.
Local currency, electricity
The currency in Georgia is the Georgian Lari (GEL). The exchange rate is approximately US$1= 2,5747 Georgian Lari (subject to change).
The electric power provided in Tbilisi is 220V and 50Hz. Electric sockets adhere to European standards. Blade plugs (US standard) must be used in conjunction with a 230 V transformer, as well as an adaptor.
