Brunei Launches First IP Management Clinic Program
March 12, 2024
Led by the WIPO Singapore Office (WSO) and the IP for Business Division, this program, aims to fortify the intellectual property (IP) strategies of Brunei enterprises.
In collaboration with local and international partners, including the Brunei Darussalam Intellectual Property Office and with the invaluable support of Funds-In-Trust Japan Industrial Property Global (FIT/Japan IP Global), the clinic will offer mentoring and training sessions for 16 companies across various industries. The program aims to equip businesses with effective IP strategies tailored to the digital economy landscape. Following the in-person sessions that took place from 4 to 8 March, participating companies will receive ongoing support, including online mentorship and access to WIPO resources, to further develop their IP portfolios.
