To ascertain the existing capacity and potential of institutions involved in promoting supporting and/or conducting technology research and commercialization, in order to design an appropriate program to increase the capacity for technology scouting, absorption, adaptation, innovation and commercialization applying the “hub and spoke” approach structure to knowledge management and skills enhancement. The goal is also to appreciate better the state of the technology research and innovation ecosystem in the country by interacting directly with key stakeholders with the end in view of recruiting institutions and individuals who could champion and sustain the results of the technical assistance envisioned. |
