Title: International seminar “Promotion and commercialization of national research and development in the Asia markets” (Patent School for the Far-Eastern Federal District)
Description: WIPO has been requested by Skolkovo Foundation to make presentation on the PCT at the above mentioned seminar, which will be co-organized by Skolkovo and WIPO. This has been consulted and the participation on this event is included in the approved 2016 workplan of PCT International Cooperation Division (PCT/ICD). Skolkovo Foundation, however, later requested WIPO to cover not only PCT but WIPO Services and initiatives, especially WIPO Green. A staff member from PCT/ICD is able to deal with PCT related issues but is not able to cover the other topic such as WIPO Green.
