We refer to the approved memo of July 21, 2016, (copy attached) (ER16/1602) concerning the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property (IP) and Creative and Cultural Industries offered by the University of the West Indies (UWI), Jamaica. We are requesting for the approval of new ICS for the WIPO IP experts who should have lectured in this program in October 2016. The lectures were postponed by UWI to February and March 2017 (extracts of the revised draft curriculum attached).
