The objectives of the Workshop would be to:
(i) raise awareness about and promote the efficient use of patent systems;
(ii) present some electronic filing systems (e.g. ePCT) and discuss practical issues related to filing and processing patent applications in electronic form, including development and maintenance of IT tools for the above procedures; and
(iii) exchange good practices/lessons learned in these fields. |
