| Description: |
In the framework of WIPO's Strategic Goa VI, the objectives will be to:
1. Build the capacity of judicial officials on Part III of the TRIPS Agreement, bearing in mind the flexibilities provided thereunder;
2. Discuss topical issues including case-law developments, civil and criminal procedures, environmentally friendly destruction and other relevant aspects of building respect for IP and;
3. Foster strategic cooperation between stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. |
