The main purpose of the Panel meeting is to discuss and provide advice on the development and use of a Generic DL Course on IP for the Judiciary, as well as on the most effective methods for providing IP training for magistrates and prosecutors. The panel will discuss the objectives, scope, outline and modules of the DL course and share views on training and capacity-building methodologies, practices and material which would be most suited for training of judges from developing and least developed countries. |
