2. International Conference on IP Mediation Master Class for the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property, April 25, 2018
The International Conference on IP Mediation will provide an opportunity for a discussion of issues related to arbitration, mediation and expert determination services for the resolution of commercial disputes between private parties involving intellectual property. To inform potential mediation users in Russian law firms and industry about intellectual property dispute resolution options offered at WIPO, and in future at RGAIS.
The event should also facilitate more concrete discussion of WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center collaboration, notably with the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) and Rospatent.
