The Jamaica Intellectual Property Office (JIPO) will celebrate its annual Week of activities during the week of UNESCO’s World Book and Copyright Day, on April 24th, and WIPO’s Intellectual Property Day (WIPD) on April 26th. The objective of the Week is to focus sensitization on different aspects of intellectual property (IP), with particular focus centered on WIPO’s selected theme for WIPD, aimed at increasing the awareness of the general public on IP. The Office has requested WIPO´s assistance, in providing a speaker to participate in various activities organized to celebrate the week |
