Discussions around ePCT and EPO’s proposed modifications to the legal framework and technical standard have intensified to the point where a well-represented delegation is highly desirable. It is thus felt that, the participation of Messrs. Kalejs, Richardson and Leach in this mission appears necessary to cover all topics sufficiently, to underscore the importance the IB attaches to the full participation of the EPO in ePCT and also to counterbalance the expected broad participation by EPO staff. |
