The objective of the strategy evaluation is to take stock of the progress made and lessons learned from a decade of “implementation and accomplishment of the goals set forth in the NIPS” as well as explore new areas of emphasis in light of “China’s capacity to create, utilize, protect and administrate IP and IP service” at present times. The endeavor will involve senior officials from SIPO and other government agencies and local experts.
