| Description: |
1. Review the current NOIP automation system and identify and evaluate the needs and requirements of the office for the deployment of WIPO IP Office business solutions;
2. Understand the existing legacy systems for IP registration, including administration, examination and publication;
3. Fully understand the details, priorities and resources of the office for the provision of business services, covering the areas of infrastructure and management, IP administration system, automation of business processes, digitization and electronic document management, and online services;
4. Present available WIPO products and services and incorporate the WIPO solutions with a possible cooperation project between WIPO and Vietnam; and
5. Evaluate office workflow for the processing of IP applications, the registries and documents archive and the use and utilization of underlying automation platform. |
