Please find attached the approved memo and cost estimate. The memo was prepared for 2 events. The first ER was raised and approved for the training on November 7 (ER17/1976, C17/11125). The current ER is raised for the Hague and Madrid training on December 6-7, 2017. Further to our usual practice and in accordance with the WIPO-INPI convention (draft attached), 2 WIPO staff members are nominated to conduct this training.
Attached, please also find the memo providing DG's authorization for a block exemption from the one-person limit for missions related to Madrid, Hague and Lisbon training seminars. |
