The Meeting is organized to replace the previous scheduled activity that was foreseen to take place in Lima, Peru, on April 6 and 7, 2017 and had to be suspended at the request of the Peruvian counterpart, due to the natural disaster occurring in Peru during that period. The corresponding ER17/1160 was cancelled.
IBEPI authorities requested WIPO collaboration to hold their Meeting in Geneva, taking account of the presence of 10 delegates members of IBEPI that will be financed by the Madrid and PCT Unions to attend WIPO Assemblies. It will be held on October 1, and additionally on October 4, 2017. |
