The Department of Culture, Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture of Seychelles, has requested WIPO assistance in organizing a training workshop on the importance and power of Branding for SMEs. This request is the outcome of discussions held between the Seychelles delegation attending the 18th session of the CDIP that took place in October 2016 and WIPO officials from the Africa Bureau and SMEs Division. Please see attached copy of request from Seychelles. It also comes in follow up to implementation of recommendations made in the National IP Development Plan of Seychelles formulated with the assistance of WIPO in 2010. |
