Within the framework of, and in accordance with, WIPO’s Strategic Goal VI, the objectives of the Workshop would be to discuss and exchange experience on practical issues relating to border measures and the enforcement of IPRs from a customs perspective, and to improve the skills and knowledge level of the customs officials necessary to act efficiently and consistently in the implementation of border measures aimed at tackling trademark counterfeiting and copyright piracy. |
