Further to the correspondence received on November 2, 2016 from Mr. René Bourgoin, Director General of the High Authority for Audiovisual Communication of Cote d’Ivoire (HACA), it is proposed that WIPO organizes jointly with HACA an international seminar on the above mentioned topic.
