At the request of the National Institute of Industrial Property of Brazil (INPI), the Brazilian Enterprise for Agricultural Research (EMBRAPA) and in cooperation with the WIPO Brazil Office, this STL Program is being organized to upgrade the knowledge of scientists, technology managers and business people, lawyers from universities and publically funded research institutions regarding in particular IP marketing and valuation of technology in the context of IP licensing, as well as regarding drafting of the agreement negotiated at the beginning of the training. |
