In 2015, following a request from the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office (JIPO), the Caribbean Section of the Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean included in its Work Plan the carrying out of an IP Audit & Strategy for the country.
The IP Audit was completed by the Expert (Ms. Hollingsworth) and submitted to JIPO and other stakeholders in the country for their review and comments,
The present contract is established to continue the process of consultations and drafting the IP Strategy. |
