Reference is made to the letter of Mr. Igor Drozdov, Senior Vice-President, Chief Legal Counsel, Skolkovo Foundation soliciting WIPO support in providing a speaker on the Hague Agreement at the Skolkovo Patent School to be held in Moscow on October 7 to 9, 2015.
In this regard, taking into consideration the unavailability of WIPO staff members due to the WIPO Assemblies, it is suggested that WIPO finances the participation of Mr. Bernard Volken, Attorney-at-Law, Partner, Fuhrer Marbach, Switzerland as a speaker at the event. |
