The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Center) has been invited by The Internet Foundation In Sweden (IIS) to share the Center’s experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), in particular in the area of domain name dispute resolution, at the Nordic Domains Days conference, to be held in Stockholm, Sweden, on November 23 and 24, 2015
IIS expressed an interest in exploring the option of the WIPO Center providing domain name dispute resolution services for .SE (Sweden). IIS is currently the sole provider for .SE disputes under a mechanism similar to the UDRP.
