Reference is made to the approved the memos for the African Ministerial Conference 2015: Intellectual Property (IP) for An Emerging Africa and its Preparatory mission (copy attached).
During the meeting with the Senegalese authorities in April, it was agreed to have another preparatory meeting in Dakar closer to the date of the Conference to fine-tune the political, logistical and security detail. |
