At the request of Ms. Natalia Buzova, Acting Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Federal Service for IP (ROSPATENT) a Seminar on IP for SMEs is to be held in Chelyabinsk to discuss practical issues of IP protection and its use by SMEs, to enhance the capacities of national SMEs on IP management and, to allow exchange of best practices in this field.
