In the framework of the establishment of a national Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) Network in Malaysia, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) initiated a development project in collaboration with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) in 2014. In March 2015, the Director General of MyIPO wrote to WIPO to express her office’s commitment in the implementation of the TISC project and requested assistance in the ongoing development of the TISC project in Malaysia, to which the Assistant Director General of the Global Infrastructure Sector responded positively. |
