Reference is made to the attached letter sent to Rospatent regarding WIPO’s participation in PCT Roving Seminar in Khanty-Mansiysk and Tyumen on June 16 and 18, 2015, which confirmed WIPO’s participation in these events. The roving seminar is in the work plan 2015 of PCT International Cooperation Division (ICD).
In the letter of invitation from the Acting Director General of Rospatent, Ms. Liubov Kiriy explicitly solicits WIPO to cover the cost of interpretation and interpretation equipment and also the cost of a speaker from Rospatent. |
