The IP Working Group of the German Bar Association has invited the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center to participate in two different panel sessions during the Bar Association’s Annual Meeting to present updates on (i) WIPO Domain Name Dispute Resolution, and (ii) WIPO Arbitration and Mediation. The invitation letter of November 13, 2014 and the agenda are attached.
Mr. Wilbers has been invited (attached) to lecture on WIPO Arbitration and Mediation and on WIPO Domain Name Dispute Resolution at the MIPLC. The full-day WIPO ADR module forms part of the international LL.M. program which the MIPLC offers in a joint venture of four partners: the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law; the University of Augsburg; the Technische Universität München; and the George Washington University Law School.
